Over the course of this 1/2-day scanning workshop, you'll learn to scan, scan and scan some more.
Injecting is great, but you have to be able to find your target before you can inject it!
2 STREAMS AVAILABLE
You will scan each other - but no injections will be practiced and no cadaver lab is included.*
STREAM 1
This is for you if you are:
a) a relative beginner to MSK Ultrasound
Shoulder Bursitis, Shoulder Arthritis, Elbow Arthritis, Knee Arthritis, Hip Arthritis, Ankle Arthritis
STREAM 2
This is for you if you:
a) have more than 50 ultasound-guided injections under your belt (any targets at all)
b) and are very comfortable scanning and injecting all of the Stream 1 targets listed above.
Subacromial/deltoid Bursitis, LHB Tendonitis, AC Joint Separations, Glenohumeral Arthritis,
Lateral & Medial Elbow Tendonitis, Elbow Arthritis, De Quervain’s, Thumb Arthritis (CMC & MCP)
Knee Arthritis, Anterior & Medial Knee Pain, Hip Arthritis, Hip Bursitis & Tendonitis,
SI Joint Arthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Ankle Arthritis, Achilles Tendonitis
This event is for the team physician interested in using sideline ultrasound scanning to make important Return-to-Play decisions following an in-game injury.

Your athlete feels a pop in their shoulder.

Your athlete feels a pop in their elbow.
